Indoor sound absorption

Soundproofing foam sheets

Open-cell polyurethane foams developed to absorb sound and reduce reverberation, improving indoor acoustic comfort.

  • Effective sound absorption
  • Lightweight and easy to install
  • Adaptable formats and thicknesses
  • Improved acoustic comfort
Description

What is acoustic foam sheeting?

A porous, open-cell material that allows sound waves inside. Sound dissipates through friction against cell walls and becomes heat, reducing reverberation and ambient noise.

Designed for indoor acoustic treatment rather than structural sound insulation between rooms, in homes, offices, shops, studios and industrial settings.

Density

The ideal density for absorption

01Low-density foam

Insufficient to retain sound, with lower acoustic effectiveness.

02Very high density

May generate sound reflections and reduce absorption.

03Balanced density

Optimal for sound absorption in most applications.
